Third thing is proper data collection and usage. As told earlier, implementation of an ERP system is a big task. Various types of data would be required. It is of prime importance that the data is collected and used in the most accurate possible manner. You can not run the risk of misplacement of information because it would create a big hole in the entire ERP implementation. The result would be that entire exercise would end up in a failure.

Fourth thing in proper ERP implementation is proper testing. One of the main reasons that ERP implementation projects face delays is because the companies tend to take the testing lightly. The result is that the system ends up in compatibility holes. In order to ensure that such a thing does not occur, proper testing is a must. Fifth aspect is implementation evaluation. It is an ongoing process and is a must because companies tend to grow and the ERP system needs to keep pace.

All in all for the development of a company, an ERP application is a must. To ensure that the application does it work properly it is must that the ERP implementation project must be undertaken successfully. For the ERP implementation job to be successful, observation of these conditions becomes an absolute must.
